LTL Transformers (Pvt) Ltd.

Lanka Transformers Ltd was set up as a joint venture between Ceylon Electricity Board and Bonar Long of Scotland in 1980. Today, after almost four decades, the company proudly stands tall as a leader in Transformer manufacturing, having worked towards establishing itself a trusted name and reputation in both the local and global transformer industry.
LTL Galvanizers (Pvt) Ltd.

LTL Galvanizers (Pvt) Limited, the foremost galvanizer and manufacturer of Steel Towers and Structures in Sri Lanka, began operations 1991, as an extension of the business activities of Sri Lanka's renowned Engineering organization, LTL Holdings (Pvt) Limited.
Today this subsidiary of LTL Holdings, owns and operates ultra-modern facilities for galvanizing, designing and fabrication of steel towers and structures and serves all major industries in Sri Lanka, including the power and telecommunication sectors and the ship repairing industry. The Company has served virtually every infrastructure project implemented in the country and has recently attracted several overseas clients as well.
West Coast Power (Pvt) Ltd.

300MW Yugadanavi power plant is owned by West Coast Power Limited. Lakdhanavi Ltd was the turnkey contractor for the project and the project achieved Commercial operation on 10th May 2010. Upon commissioning of the project West Coast Power Ltd., appointed Lakdhanavi Ltd., as the Operations and Maintenance contractor of the project.
The plant’s configuration follows a 2+2+1 arrangement, featuring two gas turbines, two heat recovery steam generators, and one steam turbine and is equipped to generate electricity using various fuels, including Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO), Diesel, and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG).
Lakdhanavi is currently undertaking the Operations and Maintenance activities of the power plant under the long term O&M Contract signed up to the PPA expiry in May 2035.
Sobaddanavi Limited
Sri Lanka
Sobadhaanvi is a landmark power project currently underway in the country. Once commissioned it would be the largest IPP in the country and the first power plant to operate with LNG, paving way for the country to transition to greener forms of power generation from conventional thermal power.
Lakdhanavi is currently undertaking the EPC of the project with the first phase expected to be commissioned in early 2024 and the total capacity to be commissioned and connected to the national grid one year after.
Upon commissioning, the Operations and Maintenance activities of the power plant would also be undertaken by Lakdhanavi under the long term O&M Contract to be entered into for the full term of the 20 year PPA.
Pawandhanavi (Pvt.) Ltd.
Sri Lanka
Commissioned in March 2013 powered by twelve high-performance 850 kW Gamesa turbines, Pawandhanavi was one of the first wind farms to be developed in Sri Lanka, paving way for the country to harness the available wind resources to meet its growing electrcity demand.
Lakdhanavi is currently undertaking the Operations and Maintenance activities of the power plant under the long term O&M Contract signed upto the SPPA expiry in March 2033.
Nividhu Assupiniella (Pvt) Ltd.
Sri Lanka
4MW Hydro power plant Commissioned in March 2006, the mini hydro power plant is driven by two high-performance VA Tech Hydro Pelton units.
Lakdhanavi is currently undertaking the Operations and Maintenance activities of the power plant under the long-term O&M Contract signed up to the SPPA expiry in October 2025, which is expected to be extended up to a further 15 years.
